The PEC №53 in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is an example of a completely falsified electoral commission in the North Caucasian Federal District.
The election results were falsified in the protocol by 974 people added under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station. More than that there were 3 cases of ballot-stuffing observed, and one of the voters cast the ballot into the ballot box three times. In total, voter turnout in the commission was overrated by 4.3 times!
At what stage did these votes appear if there were no massive ballot-stuffing? (Maciej)
(Observer´s comment immediately after observation) Either I am blind or the commission was honest, because there were no serious falsifications or putting the ballots into the ballot-box with a shovel.
(Observer's comment after his coordinator told him what the official results were) If I did not witness a massive amount of votes being stuffed, but the official statistics indicated a much higher turnout, then these ballots must have appeared at some stage. What could happen? Or were the protocols simply falsified?
