votes - the difference between the observed and the official number of voters
cases of ballot-stuffing
cases of multiple voting by the same people
The PEC №90 in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is an example of a completely falsified electoral commission in the North Caucasian Federal District.
There were 1371 people added to the protocol under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station. More than that one person cast the ballot into the ballot-box two times. In total, the voter turnout in the commission was overrated by 2,6 times!
I didn’t have any emotions after hearing the official election results, since I assumed that they would give a different number anyway. (Natalia)
It seemed to me rather suspicious that before closing, members of the commission blocked the visibility of one of the cameras, and during the counting of votes they turned on loud music, so it became hard to hear what they were talking about.
The only feeling I had during the observation was pity for the older generation. It is funny to watch adults fool with some silly tricks with each other. I would be interested to talk with the members of the commission in order to find out their motives and opinions on what they are doing and why. I want to believe that when the time of the new generation comes, the situation will change.
