votes - the difference between the observed and the official number of voters
cases of ballot-stuffing
cases of multiple voting by the same people
The PEC №75 in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is not only an example of a completely falsified electoral commission in the Russian North Caucasus, but probably also an example of one of the most falsified electoral commission in Russia!
There were 1624 people added to the protocol under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station. In addition, our observers have witnessed 7 cases of ballot-stuffing, and saw 8 voters put the ballot into the ballot-box more than one time. In total, the voter turnout in the committee was overrated by 6,3 times!!!
It's so sad that people are not aware that their voice matters. (Anna)
At the beginning, I was shocked by the location of cameras. One, situated behind the booths for voting, was completely useless. The second one shows the ballot boxes from the distance. The first thought was to change the commission for another one. The second one was: no-no, they probably did it on purpose, so I'm staying here!
How do I feel when I know the truth about the scale of results falsifying in this commission? Bad! If I lived in this country, I would not waste my weekend doing something that does not make sense, that is, voting in such a commission. So even fewer people would vote. Although it was also a bit funny, because unfortunately this situation seems quite absurd. In general, this commission made a sad impression on me, meanwhile the task was quite interesting.
