The PEC №819 in the Briansk Oblast is a perfect example of a seriously falsified electoral commission.
Falsifications in this commission, however, were based only in changing of the results in the protocol. In such a way, in the process of counting votes, 718 additional voters were magically added to the election commission protocol under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station. There were only two cases of ballot stuffing two cases of multiple votes.
It seemed as if there were no violations. But in the end, the results declared by the members of the commission were different from my own calculations. (Katarzyna)
This polling station, like many others in this region (North Caucasian Federal District) seemed to me more organized. It seemed as if there were no violations. Unfortunately, the location of the camera (and the recording quality as well) did not allow to see the exact number of ballots stuffed.
