votes - the difference between the observed and the official number of voters
cases of ballot-stuffing
cases of multiple voting by the same people
The PEC №22 in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is an example of a completely falsified electoral commission in the North Caucasian Federal District.
The results of the election in the commission were falsified not only in the protocol, where 823 additional voters were illegally added to the election commission protocol under the section “The number of ballots cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station. There were 17 cases of ballot-stuffing and 19 cases of multiple voting by the same people observed. Both voters (women and men) as well as members of the commission themselves took part in the acts of falsification. This way, voter turnout in the commission was overrated by 3.8 times!
What do I think about the fact that the turnout was falsified by 3.8 times? Wow that's crazy! :-) I laughed out loud, just like when they were stuffing the ballots in a relaxed manner, not caring about anybody and anything at all. (Maciej)
Initial scams gave an edge to my appetite, but after 2 PM almost nothing happened. It seems strange that the falsifications were done when there were people at the polling station, and when there was absolutely no one, the members of commission were sitting at the table and doing nothing. Overall, I enjoyed video election observation. I thought it would be boring, but it turned out to be quite fun.
