votes - the difference between the observed and the official number of voters
an example of falsification of the voting protocol that was to be created by the devices for electronic voting (Electronic voting machine)
cases of multiple voting by the same people
The PEC №34 in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic is an example of a completely falsified electoral commission in the North Caucasian Federal District.
What's more, there was not an ordinary paper voting protocol falsified, but the one that was to be created by the devices for electronic voting. Our observer also noticed signals indicating that the organized groups of female voters were brought to the polling station. The results of the election in the commission were falsified by 971 people added under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station. In total, voter turnout in the commission was overrated by 3.6 times!
As for the official result - I cannot explain where a few hundred more voters came from, but I'm sure I could not miss so many people! (Marta)
Observing these devices for electronic voting (Electronic voting machines) certainly was an interesting experience. But they are definitely more convenient for people calculating results, than for ordinary video observers, as it is impossible to see whether a voter really voted or not. My experience in observing could be more interesting if I spoke the language.
