votes - the difference between the observed and the official number of voters
cases of ballot-stuffing
cases of multiple voting by the same people
The №555 Commission in the Bryansk Oblast is a perfect example of a seriously falsified electoral commission.
Due to the location of the cameras, our observer did not notice any visible falsifications. However, it should be noted that in the counting of votes, 732 people were added to the election commission protocol under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observer never saw them appear in the polling station. So the turnout in the commission was almost doubled.
I do not know where and when these voices were stuffed, but it was definitely done more discreetly than in the Caucasus. (Agnieszka)
The first impression during the observation was that compared to the commission from the Caucasus this one seemed very normal: nobody greeted anyone with an ovation, there was no back-slapping atmosphere and the members were busy with their work. That's why I was so surprised when they calculated 1693 votes for Putin, while I observed only 916 voters came to vote.
I still cannot figure out what for people lie to themselves...
