votes - the difference between the real and the official number of voters
cases of ballot-stuffing
cases of multiple voting by the same people
The №2 Commission in the Belgorod Oblast is a perfect example of a seriously falsified electoral commission.
There were cases of multiple ballot-stuffing by a member of the electoral commission and by a stranger, visitor of the polling station. In addition, the people working there also tried to cover one of the cameras with gaily bouncing balloons filled with helium. Finally, in the process of counting votes, 706 additional voters were magically added to the election commission protocol under the section “The number of ballots in stationary ballot boxes cast only in the premises of the polling stations”, but our observers never saw them appear in the polling station.
Commission members were actively involved in adding votes so it was not boring! (Weronika)
The cases of the ballot stuffing all happened in the morning, while in the afternoon there were no more violations observed, so it looked like as the committee members allowed themselves to relax after the active morning mobilization. I have also noticed the covering the camera with balloons and attempts to divert the attention of the observer from his work.
